Start with a classic target or choose a round with moving visuals, arcade scoring, or strategy goals. The throw still depends on grip, release, distance, and rhythm; the game just gives each round a different shape.
No league experience needed. Bring closed-toe shoes, be 12 or older, and plan on a few practice throws before the scoreboard starts to matter.
